About the DHC:

The Functional Effect Deep Health Collective is an online learning platform dedicated to the multi-dimensional thriving of our members. We not only address fitness and nutrition, but ALL the factors which influence a person’s ability to show up effectively. Our members will receive world-class coaching from our team of highly-trained experts in an environment designed to help them thrive, beyond workouts and meal planning. Our approach is based on the 6 facets of deep health, and designed for all levels of fitness to learn, grow and improve. Members of the DHC must be committed to exploring all aspects of their health. However, unlike many coaching groups, in the DHC our members can take their journey at a pace which feels comfortable for them in a non-judgmental environment. Keeping this in mind, our programming is comprehensive and includes:

  • Strength training programs, changed monthly
  • Goal setting session with our team
  • Recipes
  • Exercise database with 100’s of videos
  •  3 Weekly group coaching call - 60 min.
